ATTENTION:

Your order will currently take approximately 2-3 business days to process and then ship out. We are continually updating our operational processes to increase production and shorten order fulfillment times.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods. To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, you must logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures or call or email us (shinercandleshop@gmail.com) and we will do it for you.

Shipping

Please check your order confirmation to ensure that everything is accurate, including shipping addresses and items ordered. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file with the order. If something is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

FREE SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Most orders $35 and over qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 US states

• Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.

Orders Not Received

If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items.

Order Mistakes/Errors Upon Receipt of Package

Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt/delivery. We may require proof of error. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.

If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it at no charge to you. If the order has already shipped, our standard return and refund policy becomes effective.

Returns/Refunds

In order to maintain the quality of our products, we are unable to accept returns of Candles.

Comments

Media
